Allegheny Aquatic Alliance
Hydroponics For Hope Workshop
Saturday April 6, 2013 1pm – 4pm
Location: Parish Hill Building at North Park
Traditional soil growing is one of the biggest contributors of nonpoint source pollution to our waterways. Hydroponics is the process of growing plants in a soilless medium. It provides a more efficient and safer method to plant & food production. Workshop will consist of speakers presenting on basic hydroponic education, nonpoint source pollution information, and a demonstration of hydroponic implementation. Registration is not required but recommended.
Join us in learning about the Hydroponic process. Samples given to first 30 registrants. Giveaways & door prizes throughout workshop, including a whole system!
